At DeJoy & Co., we’ve built our internship program on the belief that every member of our team plays an important role in our firm’s success. We seek individuals who are hardworking, curious, and motivated. Individuals we can invest in and support as they transition from college to career.

As an intern at DeJoy & Co., you’ll be paired with a mentor, typically a first- or second-year team member, who will guide you through the experience. They will answer your questions, help build your confidence, and show you what it means to be part of our team. You will gain exposure to our practice and industry areas, meet team members at all levels, work on a variety of client assignments, participate in team-building events, receive one-on-one mentoring, network with your peers, and take part in external social and community events.
